About the owner

Alisha Mancinelli, the owner and President of AMJ Properties, has 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, marketing, and operations management. She gained extensive knowledge throughout her career through work with many large and successful corporations, and leverages her experience to help businesses operate efficiently.

Alisha has spent the past 12 years managing property portfolios, helping commercial and residential managers to streamline their processes and run more efficient day to day operations.  She currently manages a portfolio of over 1.3 million square feet of real estate across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida.

Alisha is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Pennsylvania.
